Cancellation Policy

General:  

The cancellation policy applies to all vacations curated by E Tour Partner from 17th May 2025. Customers eligible for refunds will receive the refund amount within 90 working days from the cancellation date or when the supplier processes the refund, whichever is later. On-trip cancellations will be refunded within 90 working days from the return date or when the supplier processes the refund, whichever is later. Refund amounts may vary based on international exchange rates, supplier refunds, and customer payments up to the current date. Customers will be informed of any changes to refund amounts by their respective account owners.

 

Flights:

  • For flights marked as "Non-Refundable" on the final travel vouchers, customers are not eligible for any refund.
  • For flights marked as "Refundable" on the final travel vouchers, refunds will be processed as per the details mentioned in the "Cancellation Policy" section of the product and the final itinerary shared via email.
  • E Tour Partner is not responsible for grounded/canceled/delayed flights. Customers must contact the respective airlines for cancellation requests. Refunds will be subject to processing by the airline carrier.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their passport has a minimum of 6 months validity beyond their travel dates and is in good condition. E Tour Partner will not refund customers who are unable to board the flight due to invalid passports.
  • Customers should arrive at the airport at least 2-3 hours prior to boarding time (if airport transfers are not planned by E Tour Partner). E Tour Partner will not refund customers who miss their flights due to delayed arrival at the airport.
  • For cases with planned airport transfers by E Tour Partner, flight cancellations due to delayed transfers (due to unforeseen circumstances specific to a region) will not be borne by E Tour Partner.
  • Details about baggage limitations (cabin and check-in) will be provided in the final travel vouchers. Additional costs for exceeding baggage limits must be paid by the customer during check-in.
  • Certain flight carriers (e.g., Ryanair, Vueling, Voltea) require mandatory web check-in. Failure to comply may result in additional costs at the airport. E Tour Partner will not refund customers in such cases.
  • While E Tour Partner can set meal preferences with airline carriers upon request, they have no control over the availability and quality of in-flight meals. This is solely controlled by the airline carrier.

Hotels:

For hotels marked as "Non-Refundable" on the final travel vouchers, customers are not eligible for any refund.

For hotels marked as "Refundable" on the final travel vouchers, refunds will be processed as mentioned in the "Cancellation Policy" section of the product and the final itinerary shared via email.

Total hotel refunds may include components that vary with international exchange rates.

E Tour Partner aims to provide the best hotels with excellent amenities. However, they cannot be held responsible for factors like hotel staff behavior, cleanliness, Room size and accommodation quality. Additional costs for on-trip room upgrades and amenities will be borne by the customer. Changing hotels on-trip will result in a 100% cancellation fee for the original booking.

Early check-in or late check-out requests are at the discretion of the hotel. Cancellation requests due to non-availability of these requests will not be processed.

 

Activities:

For activities marked as "Non-Refundable" on the final travel vouchers, customers are not eligible for any refund.

For activities marked as "Refundable" on the final travel vouchers, refunds will be processed as mentioned in the "Cancellation Policy" section of the product and the final itinerary shared via email.

Total refunds for activities may include components that vary with international exchange rates.

 

Transfers:

Refunds for all transfers will be processed as mentioned in the "Cancellation Policy" section of the product and the final itinerary shared via email.

Total transfer refunds may include components that vary with international exchange rates.

 

Visa & Insurance:

E Tour Partner assists with Visa applications, providing guidance on formalities and documentation. Visa approval is at the discretion of the concerned embassy, and E Tour Partner is not responsible for rejected applications. The visa fee is non-refundable for rejected applications.

While E Tour Partner strives for a seamless Visa experience, they are not responsible for unforeseen changes to Visa formalities imposed by the embassy during document submission and processing.

Insurance applications are subject to a 100% cancellation fee and are non-refundable once applied.

 

Holiday Package 

When more than 2 services ( Flights, trains, sightseeing , airport transfers & hotels ) are booked together they are known as holiday packages. 

General terms and conditions 

  1. Booking amount of INR 10,000 INR Per person for Europe & 5,000 INR per person for rest of world packages is non refundable, under no circumstances the same will be refunded. 
  2. Payments need to be paid on agreed Due date, delay up to 24 hours is permitted. 
  3. Entire payment of the package needs to be cleared before 12 days of travel, this is the most important payment .  If this payment is not paid on time then services will be revoked. In case of delay in payment due to any emergency kindly email your trip id to [email protected] on urgent basis. 
  4. We only assist in Visa processing via third party and give no surety on the visa. Visa is at embassy discretion only .
  5. All final barcode enabled vouchers will be shared 7 days before travel only. For Vouchers we rely on the policy of the suppliers. 
  6. For Airport transfers , the Driver will track your flight and wait upto 60 minutes delay in reaching out to the driver will impact your service and in such case there will be no refund.  In case of a delayed flight, they will track the flight . We request you to kindly connect to the emergency number mentioned on the voucher in case you are unable to find a driver.  Only Piece 23 kilos and laptop bags are permitted in the car without additional charges, for additional baggage , the driver will charge you directly. 
  7. Each and every sightseeing voucher has a meeting point where the customer has to reach , in case of pickup from the hotel, kindly reach out to the local number mentioned on voucher during working hours. 

 

Holiday packages offer different cancellation policies in comparison to booking standalone services.  Travel agents acquire special rates for holiday packages in return for customized payment and different cancellation policies . 

 

In Holiday Package - International air tickets wil follow the airline cancellation policy.

Out of India domestic flight tickets including baggage chargers are always non refundable 

For the Land part which is the rest of the package , including hotels ,sightseeing, trains, Insurance, visa assistance & airport transfers below mentioned consolidated policy will be applied .

  • After confirmation of any Package request: 25% of tour package cost required immediately to book all the respective services.
  • 30 Days prior to arrival date: 50% of tour package cost required.
  • 15 Days prior to arrival date: 100% of tour package cost required.
  • All payments must be notified by an email format only with attached transaction details.

For Date change.

Airline date change fee is 12000 INR + fare difference if allowed before travel OR as per the airline policy whichever is higher. 

After confirmation of any package upto 15 days prior 10 % of date change penalty + fare difference will be applied.

15 days prior to the arrival date 25 % date change penalty & fare difference will be applicable 

07 days prior to the arrival date 40 % date change penalty & fare difference will be applicable 

03 days prior the arrival date 70 % date change penalty & fare difference will be applicable 

No changes permitted within 3 days of travel .
