Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Here's our transparent cancellation policy:

• If canceled within 45 days or more, only 30% of the total package will be retained.
• All cancellations must be submitted in writing

Cancellation Terms & Conditions

• 1. 0–45 Days Before Check-in:- 30% of the total package will be charged.
• 2. 45–30 Days Before Check-in:- 40% of the total package will be charged.
• 3. 30–15 Days Before Check-in:- 70% of the total package will be charged.
• 4. Less than 15 Days:- 100% of the total package will be retained.
• Visa Rejection:- Flat 30% retention fee applies, 7 days before travel date and if visa rejected/ trip cancelled within 7 days before travel, refund amount will be shared by E Tour Partner depending on the bookings.
