Indonesia Tourist Visa Documents Checklist

Applicants are generally required to provide:

  • Passport biodata page copy
  • Recent passport-size photograph
  • Confirmed return or onward flight ticket
  • Hotel booking or accommodation details
  • Proof of sufficient funds for stay

  • Debit/Credit card for visa fee payment

Processing Time

Electronic Visa on Arrival (e-VOA)

  • Usually processed within 1 to 5 working days
  • In many cases, approval may be issued sooner


Visa on Arrival (VOA)

  • Issued upon arrival at eligible Indonesian entry points after payment of applicable fees and immigration clearance.

Applicants are advised to apply for an e-VOA before departure to reduce waiting time at the airport.
