Applicants are generally required to provide:

- Proof of sufficient financial means for the entire stay
- Aadhaar Card and PAN Card copy
- Proof of civil status, if applicable
Additional documents may be requested by the Embassy/Consulate depending on the applicant's profile and travel history.

Schengen Visa Fee
- Adults (12 years and above): EUR 90
- Children aged 6 to 11 years: EUR 45
- Children below 6 years: Free
VFS Service Fee
- Approximately INR 2,000 to INR 2,500 per application
- Optional services such as courier return, SMS updates, premium lounge, photocopying, and form-filling assistance are charged separately.
Visa fees and VFS charges are non-refundable irrespective of the visa decision.
