Processing Time

  • e-Visa: Generally processed within 2–5 working days
  • Visa on Arrival: Issued upon arrival at designated international airports, subject to immigration approval.
  • Applicants are advised to apply for the e-Visa before travelling to avoid delays at the airport.

Visa & VFS Fee

The visa fee depends on the duration of stay:

  • Up to 15 days: Visa fee waived (administrative border control fee may apply)
  • Up to 30 days: Approximately EUR 35
  • Up to 60 days: Approximately EUR 40

VFS Fee: Not applicable.

Visa fees are subject to revision by the Government of Madagascar without prior notice.
