Documents Checklist
Applicants should generally prepare the following documents:
- Original passport valid for at least 6 months from the intended date of entry
- Completed online e-Visa application form or Embassy visa application form

- Confirmed return or onward flight ticket
- Hotel reservation or invitation letter from the host in Mozambique
- Detailed day-wise travel itinerary
- Proof of sufficient financial means (latest 3–6 months' bank statements)
- Employment proof (employment letter, salary slips, leave approval) or business registration documents
- Income Tax Returns (ITR), if applicable
- Travel medical insurance (strongly recommended)
- Proof of Yellow Fever vaccination if arriving from or transiting through a Yellow Fever risk country
- Any additional documents requested by the Embassy or Mozambique Immigration Authorities
Processing Time
- e-Visa: Approximately 5–7 working days
- Sticker Visa: Approximately 7–15 working days, depending on Embassy processing.
- Applicants should apply at least 2–4 weeks before departure.
Visa & VFS Fee
- Visa Fee: Varies depending on visa type, nationality, and duration of stay.
- VFS Fee: Applicable only where visa applications are accepted through an authorized Visa Application Centre.
