Philippines Tourist Visa for Indian Citizens

Visa Documents Checklist

Applicants should generally prepare the following documents:

  • Original passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival
  • Completed online e-Visa application form

  • Confirmed return or onward flight ticket
  • Hotel reservation or accommodation details

  • Employment letter, salary slips, or business registration documents (if applicable)
  • Income Tax Returns (ITR), if available
  • Travel medical insurance (recommended)
  • Any additional documents requested by the Philippine authorities

 


Processing Time

  • Standard Processing Time: Approximately 7–12 working days for most e-Visa applications.
  • Processing may vary depending on document verification and application volume.
  • Applicants are advised to apply at least 2–3 weeks before their intended travel date.

 


Visa & VFS Fee

  • Visa Fee: As prescribed by the Government of the Philippines based on the visa category.
  • VFS Fee: Not Applicable for e-Visa applications.
  • Government visa fees are subject to change without prior notice.

 Travel Advice

  • Apply for your e-Visa well in advance of your planned departure.
  • Ensure your passport has at least six months' validity and sufficient blank pages.
  • Carry printed copies of your approved e-Visa, passport, hotel bookings, return flight tickets, travel insurance, and proof of sufficient funds.
  • Immigration officers may request additional supporting documents upon arrival.
  • Entry into the Philippines is entirely at the discretion of the Bureau of Immigration
