Romania Tourist Visa for Indian Citizens
Romania is a captivating European destination known for its medieval castles, scenic Carpathian Mountains, charming villages, and vibrant cities. Since Romania became a full member of the Schengen Area on 1 January 2025, Indian passport holders travelling for tourism must obtain a Schengen Short-Stay (Type C) Visa before travelling, unless they hold another valid visa or residence permit that exempts them under applicable Schengen rules.
A Romania Schengen Visa allows eligible travel to all Schengen countries during the validity of the visa, subject to the visa conditions.
