Saint Martin Tourist Visa Documents Checklist

Applicants are generally required to submit:

• Original passport valid for at least 3 months beyond the intended departure
• Passport issued within the last 10 years
• Minimum 2 blank visa pages
• Completed and signed French visa application form
• Two recent passport-size photographs meeting French visa specifications
• Cover letter explaining the purpose of travel
• Confirmed return flight reservation
• Hotel reservation or proof of accommodation
• Detailed day-wise travel itinerary
• Overseas travel medical insurance covering the entire duration of stay
• Last 6 months' personal bank statements
• Income Tax Returns (ITR), if applicable
• Salary slips for the last 3 months (for employed applicants)
• Employment letter/No Objection Certificate (NOC)
• Business registration documents (for self-employed applicants)
• Proof of sufficient financial means
• Additional supporting documents as requested by the French Consulate

Processing Time

• Standard processing generally takes 15 calendar days after submission of a complete application.
• Processing may take up to 45 calendar days if additional verification is required.
• Applicants are advised to apply at least 3–4 weeks before travel.

Visa & VFS Fee

Embassy Visa Fee

• Adults (12 years and above): EUR 90
• Children (6–11 years): EUR 45
• Children below 6 years: No visa fee

VFS Service Charges

• VFS Global service charges are additional and payable separately at the time of application submission.
• Optional services such as courier, SMS updates, Premium Lounge, and document assistance are available at additional cost.

Note: Visa fees are payable in Indian Rupees according to the prevailing exchange rate and are subject to revision by the French authorities and VFS Global.

• Carry printed copies of your hotel bookings, return flight tickets, travel insurance, and proof of sufficient funds.
