Saint Martin Tourist Visa for Indian Citizens
Saint Martin is a beautiful Caribbean island famous for its stunning beaches, luxury resorts, water sports, and unique blend of French and Caribbean culture. The island is divided into two parts: the French Collectivity of Saint Martin (north) and Sint Maarten (Dutch side). This guide applies to the French Collectivity of Saint Martin. Indian passport holders generally require a French Overseas Collectivity (COM) Sticker Visa to visit the French side unless they qualify for an exemption under French immigration regulations.
Important: A standard Schengen Visa is not automatically valid for Saint Martin (French Collectivity) unless it specifically authorizes travel to French overseas territories or the traveller qualifies for an applicable exemption.
