Tunisia Tourist Visa for Indian Passport Holders
Planning a trip to Tunisia? Indian passport holders are generally required to obtain a Tourist Sticker Visa before travelling to Tunisia. Tunisia does not currently offer a tourist e-Visa or Visa on Arrival for ordinary Indian passport holders. Visa applications must be submitted through the Embassy of Tunisia or its authorized diplomatic mission. All visa approvals are subject to the discretion of the Tunisian immigration authorities.

Visa Documents Checklist
Applicants generally need the following documents:
- Original passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the intended date of travel
- Completed and signed visa application form
- Two recent passport-size photographs
- Cover letter explaining the purpose of travel
- Confirmed round-trip flight reservation
- Hotel booking or invitation letter from a host in Tunisia
- Detailed travel itinerary
- Bank statements for the last 3–6 months
- Proof of employment (leave letter, employment certificate) or business registration documents
- Income Tax Returns (ITR), if applicable
- Travel medical insurance covering the duration of stay
- Additional documents may be requested by the Embassy
Processing Time
- Standard processing time is approximately 7–15 working days
- Processing may take longer if additional verification is required.
- Applicants are advised to apply at least 3–4 weeks before their intended travel date.
