- Visa fee payment receipt (MRV fee)

- Detailed travel itinerary (optional but recommended)
- Proof of financial stability (bank statements, ITR, income proof)
- Employment letter / business registration documents
- Proof of strong ties to India (job, family, property, etc.)
- Previous travel history (if any)
- Additional documents may be requested by the consular officer during interview
Processing Time
- Interview appointment wait time varies by city: 2–12+ weeks
- Visa processing after interview: 3–7 working days (if approved)
- Emergency appointments may be available in urgent cases
